In response to people who say “you can’t go back.” Well, what happens if you get to the cliff and you take one step forward; or you take a 180˚ turn and take one step forward? Which way are you going? Which way is progress? - A guy in the movie “180˚ South”.

Already...
Played my first 2 pre-season baseball games for the adult team I’m on, and I sprained my “bad” ankle. I’m basically like a caution sign. Because not only does it hurt now, but it will affect me for the rest of the summer.
i.e. baseball games, hiking trips, camping.
All the fun stuff that I’ve had planned out will now leave me cautiously watching each step.
